Organizational Development

Your organization will benefit from having to have an outside consultant's perspectives about issues you may be experiencing or changes you hope to make. During the initial meeting you will identify what the issues are. The consultant will provide you with their perspective, as well as find out what your goals and ideas are. In order to be as comprehensive as possible, the consultant may request to speak to several persons (or groups of persons) within your organization. The consultant will have a follow-up consultation with you to discuss their findings and recommendations. Depending on the needs and goals expressed, a proposal may be prepared to more formally offer suggestions and a plan for development. For more information contact us.
